The Jolly Dolly HD is the best and most reliable dolly for the inflatable industry.
The Jolly Dolly HD is a heavy duty dolly designed specifically for inflatables and is superior to any other dolly on the market. The design was refined over many years of testing in our own inflatable business until we had what we would call “The Ultimate Inflatable Dolly”. Take a look at why it sets us apart from the rest. It can be used like a hand truck or laid down on the optional wagon attachment and used like a pull cart. It has a curved frame to cradle inflatables, a heavy duty footbrake to help with pull-back, and the same axle as a boat trailer.
The Jolly Dolly features a super-strong welded steel frame with unique curved ribs that cradle inflatables. The handles feature heavy rubber grips with finger bumps to give you excellent control and maneuverability. It has a durable powder-coated finish that resists chipping, scratching, and rusting.
The Jolly Dolly HD features extra wide 6 ply pneumatic tires mounted on a massive axle with 1″ solid spindles and heavy duty high speed roller bearings that are sealed and grease packed. No other dolly has anything close to this. You get the smoothest ride of any hand truck in existence with maximum reliability. Never worry about bent axles or worn out bearings again!
Pulling back heavy inflatables is a breeze with the best footbrake design on any dolly. Step on the bar with one foot and both tires are firmly chocked. The heavy-duty design makes it unbreakable.
The Jolly Dolly HD can be quickly converted to a wagon using the optional wagon attachment to take all the weight off your shoulders. You can load up accessories such as a blower, tarp, stakes, and extension cords, making one trip to the setup location. Imagine the time and labor saved when you multiply that by how many setups you do every day, every week, every month! For larger setups, you can haul blowers, sandbags, and other accessories by themselves in wagon mode, making the job much quicker and easier.
The Jolly Dolly HD comes in 64″ and 72″ heights. The taller dolly is recommended when using it with the wagon because it will have extra room for accessories and taller inflatables. The shorter version has the best balance point when used as a hand truck, so it is recommended if you’re not going to be using the wagon. However, either version is available with or without the wagon, and it’s often a matter of personal preference.
The Jolly Dolly is proudly hand-made made in the USA by experienced fabricators using quality materials. It has a quarter-inch-thick load plate, 14 gauge frame rails, and cross bars and structural components made from schedule 40 steel pipe and 3/16” steel flat bar. The dolly is mig-welded in a precision jig to insure consistency and accuracy. It is then sand blasted and powder coated to provide a durable, long-lasting finish that resists scratches and corrosion.
